Up and Running are the preferred providers of Sports Therapy & Physiotherapy for a number of Sports Clubs and Educational Institutions in Portsmouth including:
Portsmouth Athletics Club. Portsmouth Athletic Club has a comprehensive range of training groups across all age groups from U11 to over 60s and competes in events for Cross Country, Road Running, Track & Field, Quad Kids and Sportshall
Portsmouth North Sea Swimming Club. Since its formation in 1927 the Club has gone from a modest start to being one of the top clubs in the country. Many of its past members have been selected for international representation at junior and senior level including competing at Olympic Games.
Portsmouth School of Gymnastics. Our aim is to provide every gymnast with the best instruction possible, in a well organised, fun-filled, safe and exciting learning environment. To build self confidence and discipline, and allow every gymnast to work to their potential at every level from recreational to elite.
Portsmouth Gymnastics & Tennis. Located in the heart of Portsmouth, our fantastic facilitiy offers 4 impressive indoor tennis courts and 6 floodlit outdoor tennis courts. We offer a range of tennis activities including coaching and casual play sessions.
Hampshire RFU Schools. Encouraging youngsters in the sport of Rugby Football.
Portsmouth University. Opportunities to improve your wellbeing whether you are new to sport or an elite athlete.
Portsmouth Grammar School. We believe that physical activity plays an important role in every pupil?s life. Sport for all is a central part of the school?s philosophy as is the desire for every pupil to enjoy sport and achieve their own personal best.
St. Johns College. We provide a range of sporting activities including, Rugby, Hockey, Netball, Cricket, Tennis, Association Football, Atletics and Rounders.
