Caring For Your Back
Learn how to manage your back pain and back–related injuries independently to prevent them from recurring.
Our classes are open to anyone but athletes are at greater risk of developing back pain. During sport activities, the spine has to endure more stress and take more pressure, as well as bearing more bodily impact.
Join us for a 6 week block of back care classes which will teach you the necessary exercises and provide information on techniques to help you manage your back problems.

- General information about the spine and back pain
- Core Stability
- Lifting techniques
- Staying active with back pain
Exercises will progress every week and be tailored to individual's abilities!
Back Class sizes will be kept small to ensure individual attention so please book early to secure your place!
